Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Structural BIM Modeler to create and manage accurate 3D structural models for complex construction projects. The role includes producing coordinated Revit models, developing families, performing clash detection, and preparing construction drawings and BIM deliverables. The position requires close collaboration with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure constructability and compliance with standards.
- Requirements: 3+ years structural BIM experience; proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; strong communication and attention to detail.
- Preferred: steel and concrete detailing, LOD management, and experience leading coordination meetings.
- Must meet deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
