Job Description
- Do the call downs for the ITIL ISR program
- Help identify ITIL and other training requirements of customers
- Weekly reporting of progress and identified training requirements
Job Types: OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Commute:
- Makati City (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Makati City: Relocate before starting work (Required)
