Job Description
JIB Davao invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time Student Mentor / Learner Leadership Coach. Candidates must hold a degree in Education, Counseling, or Psychology and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a student mentor.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Managing student discipline and behavior;
- Developing and moderating student leaders and facilitating leadership trainings;
- Overseeing student clubs and organizing career guidance programs;
- Assisting with school event planning and leading community engagement;
- Serving as a trusted mentor and resource for students.
Salary: Php20,00–Php28,00/month. Benefit: on-site parking. Work arrangement: in person.
