Job Description
Support study implementation by undertaking tasks related to participant recruitment and retention and data management, and assist in the management of the organization’s digital and social media platforms.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in either health or social sciences, IT or computer sciences, or business or marketing
Professional Experience:
- Preferably with at least one (1) year experience in the same capacity; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Competencies Required:
- CLINICAL – Able to embody unconditional positive regard towards clients
- TECHNICAL – Proficient in oral and written English business communication; operation of computer and other ICT equipment; familiarity with network, systems or software maintenance; knowledge in the use of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; organizational skills; time and workload management
- OTHERS – Can work with minimal supervision, highly trainable, detail-oriented, resourceful, can work well within a team (including point persons from foreign partners), proactive, open to constructive feedback, and gender-sensitive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php30,00.00 per month
