Vishay is seeking a dedicated Subcon Admin Assistant to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team in Binan, PH, Philippines. This role involves identifying and evaluating subcontractors (SubCons), coordinating responsibilities, and managing onboarding processes, including audits and training. You will facilitate the exchange of best practices, conduct training courses, and support cross-functional partnerships. Your consulting skills will be essential in analyzing requests, customizing project options, and aligning with stakeholders. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to budgets and targeted outcomes while coordinating necessary resources and services.
