Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a support staff to supermarket operational tasks by checking if approved standard processes and policies required by supermarket inventory-related Systems Applications and Products (SAP) are being strictly followed.
• Keep track of all noted deviations/omissions in any approved system transaction code/process and analyze its effect on the system as a whole.
• Closely monitor the accurate implementation of all store transactions and RDU processes. Also, keep track of all stock movements within the inventory system.
• Validate and monitor if all saved stock movements within the system yielded their expected effect and recommend required system adjustments if needed.
• Perform inventory system-related tasks that may be required from time to time, such as actual observation of process application and physical counting of stocks if deemed necessary.
• Administratively reports to Store Manager and technically reports to Area Operations Manager.
