Job Description:
- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the US GAAP Trial Balance.
- Review and post journal entries for various General Ledger transactions.
- Support Balance Sheet Reconciliation and monthly Income Statement analysis.
- Assist in maintaining metrics, reporting KPIs, and improving processes.
- Ensure ongoing training and proper workload distribution among staff.
- Supervise daily activities of a small team and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate personnel actions and provide feedback to team members.
