Job Description

In this role, you will monitor agent performance, handle escalated calls, and strive to enhance team performance.
Qualifications: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in inbound/outbound campaigns. Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Davao City.
Job Type: Full-time, offering a salary of up to Php35,00.00/month.
