Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Supervisor, GBS Operations will manage and lead a team of documentation representatives/analysts to achieve high customer satisfaction. This role requires leading the team to meet productivity and quality standards in accordance with the business service level agreement. Additionally, the Supervisor will ensure strict adherence and close monitoring of all individual processes.
