Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Guest Room department. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and high standards of our guest rooms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and training guest room attendants and housekeeping staff
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of all guest rooms
- Inspecting rooms to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Handling guest complaints and resolving any issues promptly
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset are also crucial.
