Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supervisor, HR Operations. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing various HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, managing employee benefits and payroll administration, implementing HR policies and procedures, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, you will handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in a supervisory role within an HR department is preferred.
