Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College diploma preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage different personalities.
- 2-3 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards.
- Marketing, HRM, and experience in store management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with point persons and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Monitor sales targets, store KPIs, and individual performance metrics.
- Reporting and documentation.
