Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Inbound Consumer Finance team. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives handling financial inquiries from consumers.
Your main duties include monitoring call center metrics, providing training and guidance to staff, resolving escalated customer issues, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
