Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor for Learning Development & Delivery to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to oversee the design, development, and delivery of training programs for our employees.
You will work closely with the L&D team to identify training needs, create engaging learning materials, and facilitate training sessions. Strong leadership skills and a passion for learning and development are essential for this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field
- Proven experience in instructional design and training delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of trainers
