Job Description
DUTIES:
- Quality control
- Supervise all FOH stations
- Ensure customer’s happiness
- Handle customer’s complaints
- Impart Core values and Core practices to staff
- Check the accuracy of Daily sales report
- Uniform and grooming check of FOH Staff
- Local marketing
- Ordering of FOH Materials
- Evaluate FOH Staff
- Inform management of issues
- Timekeeping
- Ensure cleanliness of station
- Motivate staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the food industry or supervisory level
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Happy attitude
- Able to anticipate and adapt
- Good leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Fast Learner
- Highly motivated
- Communicates well in English and Filipino
- Does better under pressure
- Knows company policy and culture inside and out
- Able to meet sales quota
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
