Job Description
We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide team members to meet performance targets
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new employees
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly
