Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Supervisor, Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency in our company’s processes.
- Monitor and manage workflow to meet production goals
- Train and supervise a team of operations staff
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
