Job Description
1. Order Management
- a. Receives ordering form to all PT Stores (9)
- b. Consolidates stock orders according to delivery schedule.
- c. Encoding of orders at Navision
- d. Coordinates with branches for concerns related to stocks order adjustment.
2. Documentation Management
- a. Matches all quantities and items per delivery receipt of PT Stores against the posted transfer orders into the system.
3. Administrative
- a. Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the function.
- b. Handles other support activities as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
