Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue delivering top-quality products and services to our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate: BS in Business Administration, Office Admin, or related course
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Checks, monitors, records, and updates Inventory Staff documents
- Prepares all SCD payment requests, maintenance requests (MWO)
- Monitors and controls SCD of office supplies
- Assists in filing all SCD documents
- Prepares submission of timesheet, OT, and VL of SCD
- Prepares and receives transmittal of docs from QC and other departments
Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm | Monday – Friday
Location: Binangonan, Rizal
Job Type: Reliever, Fixed term
