Job Description
Under the supervision of the Line Leader, this role manages inventory, coordinates deliveries, and enhances business processes efficiency in the supply delivery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor inventory levels and assess supply vendors for quality.
- Contact vendors, place orders, verify supplies, and manage supply requisition.
- Collaborate with team members to reduce costs and prevent delays.
- Monitor project delivery timelines, ensure work quality, and compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Minimum 1 year of back-office experience in contracting, procurement, or logistics.
- Experience in voice-based customer support.
- Proficient in MS Office apps with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
