Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Operations and maintenance (Level 3 and 4 resources – temporary 1-2 years)
- Extensive experience with Avaya on-premises backend systems
- Experience in general maintenance and operations work
- Understanding of SIP based environment
- Handling P1 and P2 level incidents and complex problems
- Collaboration with other IT teams like network, security, infrastructure
- Ability to take on small projects autonomously
- Experience in using monitoring tools and tracing logs
- Expertise with Verint call recording and transcription (level 4 desired)
