Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving customer inquiries related to our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support requests via various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions
- Guide customers through step-by-step instructions to resolve technical issues
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in our support ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to providing exceptional service
