Job Description
This personnel plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to customers who have inquiries related to the BBQ Module outdoor furniture.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Inquiry Handling: Responding to customer calls promptly and professionally. Addressing customer inquiries regarding product details, specifications, and availability.
- Order Status Management: Providing real-time updates on the status of customer orders. Ensuring accurate and timely information on order processing and delivery schedules.
- Quotation Creation: Assisting customers in generating quotations for their desired products. Clarifying pricing details and any associated costs.
- Product Knowledge Expert: Acquiring and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the outdoor furniture product range. Offering informed advice and guidance to customers based on their specific needs.
- Customer Understanding: Demonstrating patience and empathy while dealing with Australian customers. Tailoring communication to align with the preferences and cultural nuances of the Australian customer base.
- Lead Time Communication: Proactively updating clients regarding lead times for their orders. Managing customer expectations by providing accurate and realistic timelines.
- Timely Email Communication: Ensuring timely and effective communication with customers via email. Responding to emails promptly, addressing queries, and providing necessary information.
- Problem Resolution: Handling customer concerns and issues efficiently. Collaborating with relevant departments to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement: Providing feedback to management on common customer queries and concerns. Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Documenting customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of products and services.
