Job Description
A Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, helping them solve issues they encounter with the company’s products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
The main responsibilities of a Support Specialist include:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries and providing appropriate solutions
- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing step-by-step guidance
