Job Description
- Agents- outbound inbound travel issuance concerns.
- Follow-up payments.
QUALIFICATION:
- Any course
- Vocational or undergrad so long as with 1 year work experience in collections.
- 1 year work experience with a collections agency- doing outbound/inbound calls
- MS Excel user
- Good communications (calls a mix of English and Filipino)
- Pleasant on the phone, can manage being on the phone almost the entire day.
WORKING SCHEDULE: 5 days per week (M-F) | 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
