Job Description
We are looking for a talented Support Technician to join our team. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred. A certification in relevant IT areas would be an advantage.
