Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Supplies Admin Supervisor. As a Supplies Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative processes related to supplies management within our organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the inventory of supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Create and maintain a database of supplies, including prices, quantities, and suppliers
- Develop and implement efficient processes for requesting and distributing supplies to different departments
- Train and supervise a team of administrative staff involved in supplies management
- Conduct regular audits to identify any discrepancies or issues with supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast future supply needs
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal teams. Experience in supplies management or a similar role is preferred.
