Job Description
1. Manage cash Accounting transaction, bank reconciliation, and reports.
2. Co-ordinate and supervise the review/preparation of the US GAAP Trial Balance.
3. Review and post journal entries for prepayment, accrual, payroll, adjustment, reclass, and other pertinent General Ledger transactions.
4. Review and approve Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
5. Support and review variance analysis on monthly Income Statement.
6. Support Indirect/Direct Tax and local Statutory Accounts processes as required.
7. Assist Manager Accounting in maintaining metrics, reporting KPIs, and identifying process/procedure improvement opportunities.
8. Ensure proper ongoing training of staff and proper allocation of workload, minimize overtime.
9. Supervise the daily activities of a small unit or group of individual contributors.
10. Assigns, monitors, and reviews progress and accuracy of work, provides technical guidance.
11. May initiate and communicate personnel actions.
12. Ensure stringent backup system is maintained.
13. Provide periodic feedback and assessment of team members.
