Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Studies all assigned surgical cases prior to surgery.
- Inspects all instruments and/or implants before surgery.
- Effectively assists surgeons in various surgical cases.
- Ensures sterility of instruments and implants post-surgery through proper disinfection.
- Reports critical incidents during surgery.
- Conducts regular case presentations pre and/or post-surgery.
Qualifications and Standards:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in an allied health course.
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Quality Assurance or similar role.
- Required abilities: Communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, critical thinking, teamwork, product handling, Aseptic Technique, Medical terminologies, Surgical Techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
