Job Description

Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation is currently hiring a Surveillance Operator to join our team. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring gaming activity to ensure fair play and detect any suspicious behavior. If you have a keen eye for detail and excellent observation skills, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor gaming activity, dealers’ actions, and other activities.
• Utilize surveillance equipment, such as cameras, one-way mirrors, and audio monitors, effectively.
• Retain audio and video recordings according to company policy.
• Report any suspicious behavior through verbal and/or written reports.
• Cooperate with other casino security staff.
• Make prompt incident reports.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or college level.
• At least 6 months of experience as quality assurance under the surveillance department.
• Good physical condition with clear vision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent observation skills.
• Willingness to work in a prolonged sitting position and focus on monitors.
• Must have a TIN number and able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
