We are looking for an experienced business process and/or delivery analyst to join Birches Group. The Survey Delivery Analyst will play a key role in monitoring and managing data collection for our regional teams while identifying operational challenges and proposing improvements.
Duties include assessing data collection functions, proposing workload distributions, advising on process improvements, and monitoring team metrics to ensure timely delivery.
Essential Role Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with experience in process management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and monitoring tools
