Job Description
As a Senior Vice President (SVP) – Know Your Customer (KYC) Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating potential risks associated with client onboarding and ongoing due diligence.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading the KYC team and overseeing the end-to-end KYC process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of customer due diligence.
- Developing and implementing robust KYC policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Identifying and managing risks associated with client onboarding, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure effective KYC remediation efforts.
- Providing leadership and guidance to KYC analysts, ensuring their continuous professional development and adherence to best practices.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in KYC and an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. The ideal candidate must have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound risk assessments.
