Job Description
As a SW Test Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of software testers in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work closely with the development team to define testing strategies, create test plans, and execute tests.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software testers in planning, designing, and executing tests for software applications
- Develop and implement testing procedures and standards
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix defects
- Review test results and provide feedback to the development team
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their testing skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience in software testing and test management
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
