Job Description
Group WMO is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Tutor to enhance our team. The ideal applicant will possess extensive experience in teaching swimming to individuals across all age groups and skill levels, fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver private and group swimming lessons.
- Evaluate swimmers’ abilities and develop tailored lesson plans.
- Offer constructive feedback while ensuring safety during sessions.
Qualifications:
- Certification in swimming instruction (e.g., Red Cross Lifeguard).
- Proven experience in teaching swimming and excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Php200.00 – Php250.00 per hour
