Job Description
We are seeking a professional Switchboard Operator to manage incoming and outgoing internal and external calls, assist callers and staff, monitor and report telephone defects, handle paging requests (codes/BAT), and encode retrievable patient information. The role also involves disaster preparedness monitoring and announcements, supporting doctor clinic schedules beyond Information Desk hours, ensuring timely report completion, and maintaining a tidy work area.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any field); ready to start immediately.
- Location: On-site at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga; willingness to work in Clark required.
- Employment: Full-time with flextime; fresh graduates welcome; relevant experience preferred.
- Compensation: Php11,00–13,00 monthly.
