Job Description
Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
Identifying network issues, fixing them, identifying cyber security threats, and devising ways to prevent intrusions.
Attends meetings and takes meeting notes. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
