Job Description
Description:
We are seeking a System Analyst to join our team of 5-6 people at Hunter’s Hub Inc. You will work on Amdocs in-house applications, primarily handling customer complaints (Incidents) and user requests (Service Requests) daily. Your role will involve analyzing these incidents and providing effective solutions.
Additionally, you will automate recurring incidents to minimize turnaround time. This is a critical support role that may require on-call duties or shifts during deployments or major production issues.
Job Type: Full-time
