Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service at our establishment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with system maintenance and updates
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and providing accurate change
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving complaints
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and participate in restocking activities
- Assist with general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of cash handling procedures is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
