Job Description
Unimagna Philippines Inc. is currently seeking a System Dispatcher / Call Taker to join our team. This position involves handling service calls and work orders for all accounts of the company, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of service-related issues.
Responsibilities:
- Processes service calls, Work Orders for all accounts of the company by taking them and relaying/endorsing to either in-house technicians or accredited service providers.
- Monitors all accounts service calls and concerns and ensures actions are taken by following through in-house technicians and/or accredited service providers and updating service call, slip status-pending jobs and completed jobs.
- Prepares service delivery, repair, and preventive maintenance schedule Work Orders and informs customers a day before their planned schedule of service repair, preventive maintenance, and delivery of service and repaired units.
- Generates reports on service calls/repairs and preventive maintenance reports of all accounts reporting functions.
- Encodes service-related reports of all accounts of the company and facilities and generates billing summary per account; may prepare accomplished preventive maintenance report from time to time.
- Monitors and facilitates the submission of Accredited Providers Monthly billings or review and submission to the accounting department.
- Performs other related work that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferably graduate of any business course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
