Job Description
CoreAssist LLC is seeking a dedicated System Health Specialist to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include providing phone support for 1-2 hours daily, acting as the primary responder on the support phone line for billing inquiries and contact updates.
Daily tasks involve reviewing Camect and Eagle dashboards for offline cameras, handling burglary trouble reports, and managing access control systems.
You will escalate issues by creating work orders and ensure clear communication with customers by documenting all interactions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php220.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 hours per week
