Job Description
As a System Monitoring Support at Systemantech INC, you will oversee the health, performance, and availability of computer systems. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure components, applications, and services, analyzing data, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly.
- Analyze performance data and identify trends.
- Conduct system health checks and audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain system monitoring tools and documentation.
- Generate reports on system performance and incidents.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- OJT/Internship related to the position.
- Good in computer troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge in server, router, and switches isolation.
- Flexible for 24/7 operation.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
