Job Description
– Provide System Support to Gaming Slot Systems, Management Systems, and Operation Supports by monitoring, performing system maintenance, and troubleshooting enhancement tools
– Manage and resolve irregular system events
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide feedback on system issues
– Support end users in their daily operations
– Identify and resolve operational problems, perform repairs, and adjustments to minimize downtime
– Install, configure, and set up LAN/WAN/VPN network access
– Capable of preparing simple documentation
– Adhere to Technician Standard Operating Procedure
– Technical knowledge at an intermediate level, expected to progress through job experiences
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
