Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing Google and Microsoft 365 workspaces
- Overseeing auxiliary systems like Slack, Notion, CRMs.
- Management of employee devices and the small server and network infrastructure in the office.
- Leading the hiring of the other IT staff.
- Ticket Management.
- Experience in Programming, in whatever language, to automate and add rigor to process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the education domain such as LMS’ like Moodle or Canvas.
- Experience with VetTrak.
- Be able to configure the flow and security of emails, such as the configuration of employee email clients, Google’s IMAP and SMTP server, AWS Route53 for MX records, and the relationship to external platforms like Campaign Monitor. This requires an understanding of DNS.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Overtime pay
Experience:
- Network engineering: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Angeles City, Pampanga (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Angeles City, Pampanga: Relocate before starting work (Required)
