Job Description
- Assists in long-range planning and managing assigned projects.
- Provides technical support, including evaluation, recommendation, installation, and implementation of third-party products.
- Resolves systems and end-user problems.
- Performs corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Implements procedures and solutions to optimize systems and software within the department.
- Develops and conducts technical transfer training programs for colleagues.
- Creates technical diagnostics manuals.
- Conducts research to support planning and upgrades/replacement of systems and software.
- Ensures system functionality, integrity, and efficiency.
- Creates technical documentation and run guides for associate systems administrators.
- Demonstrates proficiency in troubleshooting skills.
- Shares subject matter expertise on handled systems.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
