Job Description
3.3. Change Management . JOB PURPOSE
Acts as the over-all user coordinator on all IT-related projects, provides complete assessment and technical documentation of business requirements, and conducts system analysis and design. Ensures tasks meet quality criteria and adhere to the bank’s standards.
JOB SCOPE
The BA/SA shall perform functions including developing technical solutions, systems analysis and design, change management, production support, and coordination of reports and documents.

Qualification:
Experience: 2 years in documentation, testing, and business analysis
