Job Description
Northpoint Development Bank is seeking a highly qualified Systems and Methods Manager. The ideal candidate should hold at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Engineering (Industrial), or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in policy design and development.
The role involves formulating organizational policies, conducting research for policy development, drafting and documenting policies, and ensuring alignment with company standards. Candidates should be willing to work in San Pedro, Laguna, and preferably have banking experience.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from Php50,00.00 per month, along with benefits like health insurance, additional leave, and opportunities for promotion.
