Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling Chats or Emails: Assist customers through chat or email channels.
- Shift Work: Work in rotating shifts as call centers operate 24/7.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to improve call center performance.
- Complying with Policies: Follow company policies and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
