Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tagalog Account Specialist to join our team. As a Tagalog Account Specialist, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service and support to our Tagalog-speaking clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with account management tasks. You will serve as the main point of contact for our Tagalog-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any inquiries they may have. To be successful in this position, you must have strong communication skills in both Tagalog and English. Additionally, you should possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
