Job Description
We’re hiring Call Center Agents to join our team today. We have sites all over Metro Manila. Apply now and enjoy weekends off with day shift schedules available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
Qualifications:
- With or without work experience.
- At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
