Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled TAGALOG (Local) Account to join our team. As an TAGALOG (Local) Account, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships with our Tagalog-speaking customers.
Your main tasks will include communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their account requirements are met. You will also be responsible for resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in Tagalog and English, and a solid understanding of the local market. Previous experience in account management or customer service is preferred.
